Kern’s Bakery has been a central part of bread-making over the years in Knoxville and has seen many owners transform it. In 2019, Mallory and Evans Partners purchased the building with a vision to transform it into a trendy mixed-use community and food hall.
S2A was proud to participate in the new journey of Kern’s Bakery. S2A provided Reality Capture and 3D laser scanning of the property. S2A worked directly with Mallory and Evans Partners, Johnson Architecture, Haines Structural Group, and Engineering Services Facility to educate and ensure they were using the reality capture information to the best of their ability.
