BIM Execution Planning has become a vital contract document amongst Designers, Contractors, and Owners. As a contract document, BxPs are used as a management tool that provides a roadmap for all users by assigning responsibility, outlining BIM procedures, and defining levels of development within the project models. The document contains valuable information that can be used by the Design and Construction team during the project as well as by the Owners for ongoing management, and future renovation and expansion.
