S2A Integration, LLC is a Virtual Design and Construction company specializing in Design/Assist and Integrated Project Delivery. The company is set up to provide services across the southeast region working with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and owners. By being brought on board early during the planning and preconstruction process, S2A helps to lead the development and implementation of the Building Information Model (BIM). These same strategies are carried through the design process by working hand in hand with the design team for coordination and constructability review. Once in the construction phase, the model is updated as the building continues to progress. The model is then provided to the owner as a true 3-dimensional as-built. At the completion of construction, the model can then be further developed and used for 6D Building Life Cycle and Facility Management.
